the hotel is close to the city center, providing easy access to everything! staff were friendly and accommodating, ready to assist with any request. i was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the fresh towels provided daily. the breakfast was varied, with hot sausages, scrambled eggs, cheese, and hams.

i did notice that the coffee machine was a bit dusty, and there was no kettle in the room.

The hotel location is very walkable I could reach the tourist area in just five minutes. It was fun to walk through the pedestrian mountain tunnel that exits near the horse bath. The staff were nice and super helpful to all guests at the reception. They have private parking for an additional price but it felt worth it

I noticed some roadworks were completed outside and it was a little noisy. It was not the hotel's fault exactly but some acknowledgement would have been helpful perhaps

The hotel is close to the city center, so communication was easy.

The air conditioner did not work well . It only provided cold air one night out of four. The room felt stuffy, and there seemed to be a lack of oxygen at night.. this disturbed my sleep and forced me to wake up.
